Terms of Use

This page provides a high-level summary of the terms and conditions of use. You can read the detailed terms of service here.

JUnit Factory is an experimental, automatic JUnit generator based on Agitar's software agitation technology.

JUnit Factory is free, but is provided on an AS IS basis, and Agitar disclaims all express or implied conditions, representations, warranties of any kind, including implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

This version of JUnit Factory is designed to be used by open source or academic projects where there are no issues of intellectual property or copyrights. JUnit Factory requires that your entire Java project, including the source code, be uploaded to our server. This source code and the generated tests may be analyzed by Agitar to help us to enhance JUnit Factory's test generation engine. Do not use JUnit factory for any project if you do not have the right to upload it to our server. Our servers are not secure, so do not use JUnit Factory if you don't want your code to be seen and or used by any third party.

JUnit Factory includes a queue page which shows the names of all classes that have been submitted for testing as well as the names of the users who submitted them. Make sure you are comfortable with that information being available on a publicly visible web page.

We may send you an occasional email to let you know about new features as we add them to JUnit Factory. Just let us know if you don't want to receive those emails any more. We won't give your email address to anyone else.

By using JUnit Factory, you signify your acceptance of these terms of use. If you do not agree or are not comfortable with any component of these policies, your only remedy is to not use, or discontinue use of, the JUnit Factory.

We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time without notice.
